Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Nari Shakti Vandan Abhinandan Karyakram in Vadodara. Speaking at the event, PM Modi said, “Ever since the day the ‘Narishakti Vandan Adhiniyam’ was passed by the Parliament, I was eager to visit Gujarat and especially Vadodara. Vadodara has taken care of me in my life, like a mother takes care of her child. Therefore, today I have come especially to meet my mothers and sisters of Vadodara.”
